La iron\u00eda de un nombre, la profundidad de un s\u00edmbolo<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Si viajas a Marruecos, lo primero que te ofrecer\u00e1n no ser\u00e1 una llave ni un asiento, sino un vaso de t\u00e9 humeante. Apodado ir\u00f3nicamente como \u00abWhisky Bereber<\/strong>\u00bb por su color \u00e1mbar y por ser la bebida principal en cualquier brindis (estrictamente analcoh\u00f3lico), el t\u00e9 a la menta es el pegamento social del pa\u00eds. Desde las cumbres del Atlas hasta las dunas de Merzouga, cada taza cuenta una historia de hermandad y de tiempo recuperado. <\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

El arte de la preparaci\u00f3n: Un proceso casi sagrado<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Preparar un aut\u00e9ntico t\u00e9 marroqu\u00ed no es un gesto apresurado. Requiere paciencia y una secuencia precisa de movimientos que conforman una verdadera \u00abceremonia del t\u00e9 magreb\u00ed\u00bb: <\/p>\n

    \n
  1. El lavado<\/strong>: Se coloca el t\u00e9 verde (variedad Gunpowder<\/em>) en la tetera y se a\u00f1ade un poco de agua hirviendo para \u00abdespertar\u00bb las hojas y eliminar impurezas. Esta primera infusi\u00f3n, oscura y amarga, suele desecharse. <\/li>\n
  2. La uni\u00f3n<\/strong>: Se a\u00f1ade el agua hirviendo restante, un generoso manojo de menta fresca (Nana<\/em>) y abundante az\u00facar. En las zonas rurales, a\u00fan es com\u00fan ver c\u00f3mo se rompe el az\u00facar directamente de grandes conos de az\u00facar duro. <\/li>\n
  3. La aireaci\u00f3n<\/strong>: El momento m\u00e1s ic\u00f3nico. El t\u00e9 se vierte desde la tetera al vaso y luego se devuelve a la tetera dos o tres veces. Esto sirve para disolver el az\u00facar y crear la famosa espuma (la corona), que oxigena la bebida y demuestra la habilidad del anfitri\u00f3n. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    La regla de los \u00abtres\u00bb<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    Existe un proverbio bereber que explica perfectamente la intensidad de los sabores que experimentar\u00e1s:<\/p>\n

    \u00abEl primer vaso es dulce como la vida. El segundo es fuerte como el amor. El tercero es amargo como la muerte.\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n

    No tengas prisa por marcharte despu\u00e9s del primer sorbo. Aceptar el segundo y el tercer vaso es una se\u00f1al de gran respeto hacia quien te hospeda. <\/p>\n

    Beneficios y curiosidades<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    Adem\u00e1s de su incre\u00edble sabor, el t\u00e9 a la menta es un excelente digestivo y un regulador t\u00e9rmico natural: parad\u00f3jicamente, beber una bebida caliente en pleno desierto ayuda al cuerpo a procesar mejor el calor externo.
