Excursion in a private 4x4 vehicle with driver.
Departure: village of Hassi Labied (5 km from Merzouga). Meeting point: in front of the Kem Kem café The excursions are every day on request and according to the drivers’ availability

Activity: Excursion in a 4×4 vehicle to visit the Erg Chebbi desert: the lakes among the dunes (the presence of water varies according to quantity of rain), the fossil area, the ex mines villages, the nomads living on the stone desert, Khamilia the village of the Gnaoua musicians. Stop in Khamilia to see the show of the Gnaoua musicians Return to the village.

SUNRISE OR SUNSET AMONG THE DUNES
Camel trek to see the sunrise or sunset among the dunes.
Departure: village of Hassi Labied (5 km from Merzouga). Meeting point: in front of the Kem Kem café Meeting time: Sunrise: 5- 6,30 am (time varies according to season) Sunset: 4,30- 5,30 pm (time varies according to season)
Activity: camel trek of about 40 minutes. Stop to see the sunrise or sunset. Camel trek back to the village (around 40 minutes)
Duration: 2 hours and half.

SLEEPING IN A BERBER TENT IN THE DESERT
Camel trek and night in the desert
Departure: village of Hassi Labied (5 km from Merzouga). Meeting point: in front of the Kem Kem café Meeting time can vary from 4 to 5,30 pm (according to season)
Activity: camel trek, see the sunset among the dunes (about 45 minutes), arrival in the camp (standard or deluxe), tea in the desert, dinner under the stars and night in a Berber tent (standard or deluxe). In the morning: sunrise among the dunes, breakfast e camel trek back to the village (45 minutes) You can have a shower in the morning at a hotel in the village

Rissani and Erfoud
Excursion in a private 4x4 vehicle with driver.
Departure: village of Hassi Labied (5 km from Merzouga). Meeting point: in front of the Kem Kem café, in Hassi Labied
Duration: from 9 am to around 5 pm
Activity: Excursion to visit the lively little town of Rissani (30 minutes drive), its characteristic weekly market and souk (Tuesdays- Thursdays- Sundays), its kasbahs (fortresses). Lunch in Rissani to taste the famous Berber pizza. After lunch drive on to Erfoud (20 minutes drive) to visit the Fossil museum. After that you can choose to relax in the new hammam of Erfoud or visit its souk (covered market). Back to Hassi Labied at about 5 pm (50 minutes drive)

Activity: Excursion in the Ziz Valley Arrival, walk through the luxuriant palm trees and the kasbahs immersed in the green of the palm grove. Lunch in restaurant next to the palm grove and tasting of the delicious dates with an explanation of the harvesting and processing techniques.

Activity: Arrival at the Todra Gorges (2 and half hours drive). Walking or trekking among spectacular rocks, mountain creeks, green palm grooves and fascinating ksar, fortified villages half in ruin. Lunch in typical restaurant at the Gorges. After lunch: drive to Tinhir and visit this charming little Berber town with its green oasis. Visit of a traditional workshop of handmade rugs. Drive back to Hassi Labied (2 and half hours drive).

Activity: Arrival in Ouzoud (2 hours and half drive), visit of the little village with its olive trees, trekking along the river, visit of the waterfalls. Lunch in typical restaurant with stunning view of the waterfalls.

Visit of the relaxing Medina (old city), shopping in hundreds of local handcraft shops, visit the fish market, walk on the bastions to admire the Ocean in all its splendour, walk on the long sand beach, lunch in one of the little restaurants in the harbour or along the beach.

Activity: Arrival in Agadir Stop to admire the whole city of Agadir and its coast from the panoramic viewpoint of the old fortress. Drive to Taghazout (15 minutes drive), a characteristic fishermen village. Walking in Taghazout and visit of the local market Drive back to Agadir (around 15 minutes drive) Lunch in a seafront restaurant. After lunch walk along the elegant Corniche, relax in the long beach shaped as a half moon, shopping in the exclusive boutiques of the Harbour or in the colourful souk.
