DAY 1: MARRAKECH
Arrival at Marrakech airport. Transfer airport hotel. Free dinner and overnight in a riad in the Medina
DAY 2: MARRAKECH-CASABLANCA-RABAT (4 and a half hours drive)
Breakfast at hotel Departure to Casablanca. Visit of the Hassan II mosque. Continuation towards Rabat. Free dinner and overnight in riad.
DAY 3: RABAT – MEKNES (2 hours drive)
Breakfast at hotel Visit of the city of Rabat. Departure to Meknes. Free dinner and overnight in riad.
DAY 4: MEKNES – FEZ (1 hour drive)
Breakfast at hotel Guided tour of the city of Meknes. Departure to Fez. En route visit the ruins of the Roman city of Volubilis and the village of Moulay Idriss. Arrival in Fes. Free dinner and overnight in riad.
DAY 5: FEZ – MIDELT (3 and a half hours drive)
Breakfast at hotel Guided tour of the Medina of the city. In the afternoon departure to Midelt.
Route through the landscapes of the Atlas, Ifrane, the cedar forest and Azrou. Dinner and overnight in Kasbah hotel with swimming pool in Midelt.
DAY 6: MIDELT-ERG CHEBBI DESERT (4 hours drive)
Breakfast at hotel Continuation towards the South through the Ziz valley and its lush palm groves.
Arrival in the town of Rissani. Stop for lunch and to visit the traditional and characteristic weekly market (Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday). Continuation towards the desert. Arrival in the Berber village of Hassi Labied, facing the sand dunes of the Erg Chebbi desert.
Partenza per l’escursione in dromedario per vedere il tramonto tra le dune. Arrival at the camp, dinner under the stars and night in a Berber tent (standard or deluxe).
DAY 7: ERG CHEBBI DESERT
Sunrise in the desert. Return to the village by dromedary, 4×4 or on foot (possibility of guided trekking among the dunes from the camp to the village, duration: 4 hours). Departure for the excursion in 4X4, tour of the whole Erg Chebbi: the dunes, the lake, the nomads who live in the stone desert on the border with Algeria, Khamilia the village of Gnawa musicians, the area of fossils and former mines. Dinner and overnight in a Berber family home.
DAY 8: DESERT – TODRA GORGES – DADES GORGES – SKOURA (5 hour drive)
Breakfast at home. Departure towards the Todra Gorges. Arrival and visit of the suggestive Todra Gorges.
Walk and lunch at the Gorges (possibility of free or guided trekking). Journey along the Dades valley with its fantastic rock formations and palm groves. Continuation through the road of a thousand kasbahs and the valley of roses. Arrival in the oasis of Skoura. Dinner and overnight in kasbah hotel with swimming pool in Skoura.
DAY 9: SKOURA – OUARZAZATE – MARRAKECH (5 hours drive)
Breakfast at hotel Visit the Ameriddhil kasbah in the Skoura palm grove. Continuation to Ouarzazate. Visit the Taourirt Casbah, former residence of the Pasha and the famous Casbah of Ait Ben Addhou.
Continuation to Marrakech.
Late afternoon arrival in Marrakech.
Free dinner and overnight in a riad in the Medina.
DAY 10: MARRAKECH
Breakfast at hotel Guided tour of the Medina. Free dinner and overnight in a riad in Marrakech
DAY 11: MARRAKECH
Breakfast at hotel Transfer to the airport for return flight.
