I asked Said to make me a proposal that I then modified and, with patience, he found the most suitable solution for me and my husband. At the airport in Fes we were welcomed and accompanied to the Riad, the next day an excellent guide who spoke Italian accompanied us for a tour of the city. We were immediately enthusiastic about what was, for all intents and purposes, shaping up to be a splendid journey (not a simple vacation!) in the heart of Morocco. Continuing the trip, we visited Meknes (also here with a special guide), we stayed in Midelt, and we arrived at the gates of the desert, where we found a magnificent welcome. The night in the desert was fascinating, especially because of the Berber songs around the fire. In the following days, the evocative landscapes of the Atlas Mountains up to Marrakesh and Essaouira, where I left a piece of my heart in the Riad with an ocean view (with a magnificent breakfast). On the dunes with Batman We took a tour in the Merzouga desert after landing in Errachidia. Excellent assistance from Said from the very beginning, who always responded quickly to emails and tried to accommodate us by meeting all our needs. Beautiful luxury tent camp and a riad just outside the desert that was nothing short of stunning. Merzouga in the heart 💓 After various searches online, I came across the Maroccotour website. Said was immediately available and attentive to our requests and needs. It was our first trip with a small child, and he tailored the tour with that in mind. What has stayed in our hearts, two months later, from this trip is the experience in the desert, the search for fossils that thrilled my son and two kids traveling with us, and especially the day spent at Hassan's house. Said's family was truly very hospitable; his sister taught us how to prepare typical crepes, and his nieces interacted with our kids. A great trip We wanted to take a vacation of 10/11 days and chose Morocco after hearing the stories from some of our friends. Maroccotour was recommended to us, and we could not have received a better suggestion. Arrival and departure from Marrakech passing through Casablanca, Rabat, Chefchaouen, Meknes, Fez, Midelt, and then Merzouga and the Erg Chebbi desert before continuing to Dades, Ourzazate, and returning to Marrakech.
